Memory Lane...

This is fun!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

There are seriously way too many. Like almost 10 years worth!
The first time we hung out and we rode horses, our butts got really dirty. M&M war, and I think water and cookies came out my nose!
When you thought I was telling secrets about you and I was planning a surprise party for you!
All the crazy group dates we planned in high school.
Boating with boys
Lake Powell was fun...
Summer in the dorms. We NEVER slept.
Laying out ALL SUMMER in high school.
Casanos
Fishermans!
When I got home from Hawaii and saw you for the first time since the accident, I was SO happy to see you.
When you got married and were the most beautiful bride!
When you got to come to my wedding and be there in the temple with me!
(And when I went for the first time!)
I love YOu Bree!

Watching David Copperfeild on your parent's waterbed.
Sleeping in the drawers underneath your bunkbeds.
Playing Breyers (Equis was the best one)
Having your dad discover our MASH games and bringing it up at dinner (we all know who I married)
Spit tournaments at recess.
Both crushing on Gary Hardesty.
Sneaking in to the pool by your old house and jumping over the wall.
Horse jumping competitions over pillows in your living room.
Real jumping competitions at your house in the hills.
Cruising in the red Ranger
Sitting on the bed checking out all your new lingerie the night before your wedding ;) and listening to S.I.!!

Hey, Bree-the-Ann...

I remember this: you and Ani always lying on the floor in her room on your bellies in front of the mirrored closet doors, leaning on your elbows, putting on your make up together. One of you spilled something on the carpet there...clear polish? and it's still there. I think of you both every time I step on it!

You at your wedding, dancing with Eddie...so beautiful.

A picture I have of you and Ani lying on your backs in your driveway, with your legs crossed and lollipops dangling from strings from your garage door at mouth level...why in the world you guys thought to do that...?

I love you and miss you!!

I remember you and Karli and Jordan coming way the heck out to Saratoga to babysit Brooke and Kate for us. Brooke was a newborn and I hadn't left her with anyone because I was a chicken but alas some business thing for Rhett forced the issue.

I also remember your amazing progress and making it to Shane and Lauren's pre-wedding dinner. Everyone was SO HAPPY to have you there.

Last but not least our prenatal convo last summer up in Park City--it was for all of the wrong reasons. Better hair.

I love your blog and your witty perspective.
